1. Apps
Apps we distribute through the App Store are licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, unless the app’s App Store page lists a different licence agreement. Apple processes all purchases, subscriptions and refunds.

2. Website
The content of this website, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Stetman Engineering unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to it, but not copy or republish substantial parts without our permission.
We provide the website for general information. We aim to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or always available.
3. Trademarks
Apple, iPhone, iPad, Mac, macOS and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other product names belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you live in the EU or another country with mandatory consumer rules, you also keep the protection of those rules and may bring claims in your local courts.
